Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and technical presentation skills.
• Hands‑on experimental and design background with solid engineering skills.
• Experience guiding cross‑functional teams and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels in the company.
• Strong project organizational skills and the ability to drive deliverables to completion.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own specific design projects focused on improving Engineering Department Quality performance.
• Drive engineering solutions and solve quality issues.
• Conduct problem solving, design, testing activities autonomously.
• Own high-visibility projects with customer impact.
• Collaborate with SET, MFG, and GPS as engineering expert in quality space.
• Coordinate with Quality TPM on project priorities and schedules.
• Own engineering ownership of key NCE/NCI and dispositioning of 8D’s.
• Present progress in quality forums to engineering management.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Product Management, PG Engineering, and customer teams.
