Job summary

Array Tech, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer II – Sustaining to own design of solar tracker components and subsystems. You will use CAD/FEA, DFMA and DFMEA to drive cost reductions, reliability, and manufacturability, collaborating across teams to meet program targets.

Responsibilities include design ownership, RCA leadership, tests planning, and documentation creation. Occasional travel and potential evenings/weekends are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Take design responsibility for assigned components and sub-systems.
• Lead RCA efforts on components and sub-systems.
• Develop timelines and cost estimates for development tasks.
• Create DRD and test plans, interpret results to meet requirements.
