Array Tech, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for Sustaining in Chandler, AZ. You will lead the design, analysis, and improvement of solar tracker components, employing CAD/DFMA/DFMEA methods to drive cost-effective, reliable products.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, design reviews, and mentoring engineers while collaborating with management and other departments to advance product roadmaps in a fast-paced solar environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience developing mechanical components and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to engineering change requests and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet program targets.
• Lead system-level efforts and manage product road maps.
• Create design concepts with SolidWorks and perform DFMA/DFMEA/FEA analyses.
• Mentor junior engineers and prepare design review records.
