Job summary

RTX in McKinney, TX is seeking a highly skilled mechanical/aerospace engineer to join a multi-discipline team designing RF hardware. You will create 3D CAD models and drawings, develop prototype hardware, and support integration and testing.

Requirements: The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Security Clearance Type: DoD Clearance: Secret. Security Clearance Status: Active and existing security clearance required after day 1.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience performing design and analysis for the packaging of RF products (e.g. Circuit Card Assemblies, antennas, radomes, RF test equipment, harnesses and interconnects) throughout the product life cycle
• Experience with creation of Technical Data Packages (TDPs) using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for products
• Experience working collaboratively in a multi-discipline team
• Experience performing tolerance analysis
• Experience with creating and delivering presentations with clear and concise technical content
