Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in McKinney, TX is seeking a Power & Analog Design Electrical Engineer I to join the Multi-Product Power & Digital Department. You will design and test power/analog circuits and contribute to hardware development.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and hands-on experience with analog/digital design, plus knowledge of VHDL/Verilog coding, simulation, and synthesis. This onsite role offers relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Security Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Analog, Digital Electronics, Mixed Signal, Circuit Design or Analysis, Electrical Components, Digital Signal Processing, or PCB design.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Digital, Analog, and/or Power electronics coursework.
  • Lab experience with hardware/software integration, test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control.
  • Demonstrated experience with VHDL or Verilog coding, simulation, and synthesis.
  • Knowledge of electrical circuit design, analysis and troubleshooting using common lab equipment.
Onsite Role Definition

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Salary

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
