Hamilton Company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer II or III for its Custom Solutions team. The role focuses on designing and implementing custom mechanical products and subsystems for laboratory automation, from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong CAD skills, experience with vendors and customers, and the ability to work independently across multiple projects while delivering high-quality documentation and designs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required for Level II.
• 3+ years designing and developing custom product components.
• Experience communicating with vendors and customers.
• Experience turning design concepts into deliverables and supporting products in end use.
• 3D CAD/solid modeling experience.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement custom mechanical products and subsystems for laboratory automation.
• Interpret requirements from Sales and ACEs and deliver compliant designs.
• Plan and direct testing to ensure performance across design stages.
• Document design work with specifications, testing and implementation.
• Present developments at design reviews.
• Troubleshoot problems and release standardized products.
