  • Open‑minded and data‑driven; willing to entertain other options when presented with superior technical evidence or analysis.
  • U.S. work authorization and ability to travel occasionally as required.
Education/Experience
  • A BSME/MSME from a regionally accredited and non‑profit institution.
  • 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience in product development.
  • Demonstrated experience developing products from concepts through design, testing, manufacturing launch, and market release.
  • Strong experience with component and subsystem design, including creation of detailed manufacturing drawings and GD&T.
  • Experience conducting engineering analysis, tolerance stack‑ups, design verification testing, and root cause investigations.
  • Experience with releasing mechanical products to production via a structured new product development process is desirable
  • Experience with manufacturing processes (i.e. Injection Molding, Extrusion, Metal Forming & Stamping) is desirable.
  • Experience integrating industrial design and human factors in design is desired.
