TRUE Fitness Technology is seeking a Mechanical Engineer I/II at our Saint Charles, MO facility to lead new product development and support existing lines. You will develop 3D/2D models in SolidWorks, create assembly guides, manuals and service drawings, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project specifications and schedules.

The role requires a BSME/MSME and 3+ years in consumer products, plus 1+ year of project management.

Qualifications

• BSME or MSME degree required.
• 3+ years in consumer products preferred.
• 1+ year project management experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and email.

Responsibilities

• New Product Development Projects.
• Create and Modify 3d/2d models in SolidWorks.
• Create documentation: Assembly Guides, Owner’s Manuals, Service Drawings.
• Develop and manage projects, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional work with Marketing, Sales, Technology, Service, Quality, Testing, Warehouse, Overseas Partners, and Industrial Design.
• Prepare, schedule and lead project reviews.
• Travel domestically & internationally for new product development and production needs.
