Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Build For Growth Mechanical Engineer I at the Whitehall Cement Plant in PA to support operations, maintain equipment, and implement Condition Based Maintenance programs.

The New Graduate role targets mechanical or industrial engineering graduates and includes a 16-month Build4Growth program with blended learning, on-the-job assignments, and development projects to build foundational expertise.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and highly motivated team player
• Experience with communicating, health, safety and environmental policies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers and plant staff to ensure reliable operation.
• Monitor reliability-based systems including preventive maintenance and condition monitoring.
• Develop and maintain PMRs and BOMs for new equipment; manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements to MTBF.
• Coordinate SAP maintenance processes with planners.
• Provide technical training for maintenance teams on reliability concepts.
