Job summary

Amrize North America is seeking an Electrical Engineer, New Graduate for our Ste. Genevieve Cement, MO plant.

You will support electrical maintenance, safety, and project work to maximize equipment reliability within a growth-focused team. You’ll join the 14‑month Build4Growth program designed to build foundational knowledge across plant operations, with online and on‑site learning, assignments, and projects.

Qualifications

• Field of Study: Electrical Engineering.
• 0-3 years work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety with all employees and contractors.
• Supervise electrical/instrumentation technicians; assign and review work; document in SAP.
• Maintain electrical safety programs and ensure environmental compliance of control systems.
• Document electrical schematics; manage spare parts inventory.
• Evaluate and modify process control software and hardware to improve reliability and cut costs.
