Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Experience with system design, load calculations, and applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary mechanical/HVAC engineering resource for the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky market.
• Partner with Sales to evaluate customer needs and provide technical direction for proposed solutions.
• Review existing system conditions, drawings, equipment, and customer requirements.
• Develop practical, cost-effective engineered solutions for HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Support estimates, scopes of work, equipment selections, layouts, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and field leadership from concept through construction, startup, and closeout.

You will partner closely with Sales, Project Managers, Estimators, Foremen, Supervisors, and field teams to evaluate customer needs, assess existing HVAC and hydronic systems, and develop practical engineered solutions for construction, retrofit, replacement, and design-build opportunities.**This is not a traditional engineering role where your work stays on paper.
