Qualifications

  • Experience with BAS/DDC systems, HVAC controls, or automation technologies.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, electrical systems, and control theory.
  • Experience with controls programming, system integration, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and program Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems for HVAC applications.
  • Configure BAS/DDC platforms, databases, alarms, trends, and integrations.
  • Support system startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and field teams throughout project execution.
  • Develop control strategies and sequences of operation.
  • Integrate third-party equipment using BACnet, Modbus, and related protocols.
  • Provide technical support and customer training.
  • Maintain project documentation, backups, and as-built system records.
  • Help drive long-term customer success and system performance.
