Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to oversee the design, validation, and maintenance of mechanical and assembly fixtures for PCBA and FA production. You will ensure reliability, quality, and compliance with project standards.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering and at least 2 years designing fixtures, with CAD proficiency and knowledge of PFMEA. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for coordinating with vendors

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of fixture design and production engineering experience.
• Experience with strain gauge testing and Gauge R&R studies.
• Familiarity with PCBA and FA production processes preferred.
• Proficient in CAD tools and engineering analysis methods.

Responsabilidades

• Design and validate mechanical/assembly fixtures and machines.
• Review preventive maintenance for fixtures and machines.
• Lead prototype fixture development for PCBA and FA.
• Provide fixture analysis and corrective actions.
• Participate in PFMEA and MECN reviews and implementations.
