Job summary

Wistron Infocomm Usa Corporation is seeking an engineer to manage the design, validation, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical/assembly fixtures and machines for PCBA and FA production. You will validate fixtures, oversee prototypes, and ensure compliance with PFMEA and MECN processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in mechanical/manufacturing engineering with at least 2 years of fixture design experience, hands-on strain gauge testing, and CAD proficiency (Creo/SolidWorks/AutoCAD).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 2+ years designing mechanical/assembly fixtures.
• Hands-on strain gauge testing and Gauge R&R.
• Familiarity with PCBA and FA production processes preferred.
• Proficiency with Creo, SolidWorks or AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate fixture/machine for PCBA and FA.
• Review preventive maintenance for fixtures and machines.
• Create prototypes for PCBA and FA processes.
• Provide fixture analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead PFMEA and MECN reviews and follow changes.
