Job summary

You will partner with operations, maintenance and vendors to deliver reliable equipment solutions and a smooth transition to production.

The role requires a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, 3+ years’ experience, and strong troubleshooting/problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience with installation, startup, commissioning, and project management.
• Project leadership or management experience.
• Strong mechanical engineering, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• AutoCAD experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and capacity expansion projects.
• Provide hands-on mechanical engineering support for line debug and process improvement.
• Manage engineering activities to meet milestones and readiness goals.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues and manage scope, cost, timing.
• Prepare equipment and processes for handoff to operations.
• Develop and update engineering and operational documentation.
• Identify spare parts needs and support storeroom setup.
• Support training for operations and maintenance teams.
• Troubleshoot issues using data analysis and root-cause problem solving.
• Design and implement mechanical solutions to improve capability and reliability.
• Maintain safe work practices and site safety compliance.
