Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical design and development of production machinery or automated systems.
• Experience with mechanical design practices, robotics, material handling, and system integration.
• Strong proficiency with SolidWorks/Inventor and AutoCAD, and GD&T principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop machine design concepts, detailed mechanical designs and specifications.
• Design and support prototype and production equipment through build, integration, and startup.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process equipment issues and propose robust solutions.
• Coordinate with external builders and system integrators to deliver integrated systems on time and within budget.
• Prepare and review construction drawings and ensure as-built documentation meets standards.
• Support installation, capacity expansion, and operations handoff for equipment.
• Track project schedules, expenditures, and report results to stakeholders.
