Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements to existing equipment and systems to enhance performance, reliability, and safety.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to diagnose issues and determine root causes of equipment challenges.
• Lead projects focused on problem-solving and optimization, including mechanical adjustments and redesigns.
• Design mechanical components, subassemblies, and custom equipment solutions to support improvements across manufacturing lines.
• Use 3D modeling, prototyping, and hands-on testing to evaluate proposed changes and confirm effectiveness.
