Garver is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to develop mechanical designs for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection on buildings projects. The role includes energy modeling, sustainability reporting, and collaboration with regional offices to ensure design integrity.
You will support project managers, follow QA/QC plans, and travel to project sites as needed. Proficiency in BIM, Revit, and MS Office, plus an ABET-accredited degree and FE exam, are required.
As part of the Buildings team for Garver, the Mechanical Engineer will develop mechanical designs for various Buildings projects. This includes planning, design, commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, whole building energy modeling and sustainability requirements reporting. The role also involves coordination with other support disciplines and regional offices, assisting project managers, following QA/QC plans, and periodic travel to project sites.
