Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Junior Process Engineer to support production, improve process reliability, and implement new technology while ensuring adherence to customer and division quality requirements.

You will assist in QC activities,Maintenance planning, and capital project work, contributing to safe and efficient plant operations. Ideal candidates have a relevant engineering degree and 1+ years of manufacturing experience or internships, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 1+ years engineering experience, including manufacturing operations.
• Relevant internships qualify.
• Ability to communicate technically and build relationships at all plant levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze statistical data and product specs to set quality and reliability objectives.
• Participate in plant metric reporting.
• Coordinate quality objectives to resolve production problems and maximize product consistency.
