Job summary

Rosenbauer is seeking a Mechanical Engineer/Drafter to design structural, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems and to support warranties with technical guidance. The role collaborates with production to troubleshoot floor issues and leads engineering/R&D projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience with SolidWorks, Sheet Metal, Welding, and Hydraulics.
• Ability to read specs and follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Designs structural, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
• Assists warranties/customer service with technical issues.
• Works with production to troubleshoot issues on the floor.
• Manages engineering and research & development projects as needed.
• Communicates with upfront sales to validate design options.
