Job summary

Vanguard Protex Global is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to own the development of high quality and innovative products from concept to production release in a fast paced, collaborative team. The role is a full-time in-office position located in Oldsmar, Florida, requiring hands-on design, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will design components and assemblies for injection molding and machining, prepare drawings and BOMs, and lead design reviews while maintaining documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with plastic injection molding is required.
• 3+ years of CAD design experience using Creo Parametric.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product designs using Creo Parametric.
• Design components and assemblies via molding and machining.
• Prepare drawings, BOMs, and sketches; schedule design reviews.
• Assist in QA procedures and documentation for production.
