APTIM is seeking mechanical engineers to join our team serving Government and Commercial programs. We combine engineering, construction, and management services to deliver sustainable solutions for clients across the U.S. and abroad.

Engineers apply critical thinking across planning, design, and commissioning phases, collaborating with diverse teams and traveling for field assignments as needed. FE/EIT candidates preferred; US citizenship and background checks required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 2--7 years related experience.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Collection and interpretation of engineering data and development of design basis.
• Development of conceptual design, calculations, system studies and drawings.
• Ensure conformance to engineering codes, standards and company policies.
