You will design in SolidWorks, create detailed layouts and BOMs, and collaborate across sales, project management, and engineering teams to ensure successful execution. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in mechanical engineering and 5+ years of related experience, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 5+ years in industry.
• Strong machine design knowledge for factory automation.
• Proficient in 3D CAD software; SolidWorks required.
• Good decision making and communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 10% to support projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative machine concepts based on specs.
• Create complete machine layouts and component drawings in SolidWorks.
• Evaluate materials and finishes for parts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for components.
• Monitor schedules with project managers and adjust as needed.
• Lead design reviews and prepare release packages.
• Support assembly, debugging, testing, and on-site startup with training.
