Qualifications

• PA Professional Engineer license required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• PA residency requirement waived for this title.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed mechanical specifications, design data, and CAD drawings for construction projects.
• Conduct field surveys and prepare reports with observations and cost recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal staff, external professionals, and code officials during project planning and development.
• Assess mechanical drawings, estimates, and design reports and approve or revise as needed.
• Inspect construction sites to verify compliance with design standards and resolve mechanical concerns.
• Develop solutions for operational, maintenance, or design issues using advanced engineering principles.
