Responsibilities

Site Evaluation: Conduct field surveys, gather relevant information, and prepare reports with observations and cost recommendations.
Interdisciplinary Coordination: Work with internal staff, external professionals, and code officials during project planning and development.
Technical Review: Assess mechanical drawings, estimates, and design reports and approve or recommend revisions.
Construction Oversight: Inspect project sites to verify compliance with design standards and resolve mechanical concerns.
