Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to drive design and implementation of mechanical systems for commercial construction projects in California. You will create detailed 3D models and drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years in the construction industry, with proficiency in HVAC/plumbing and knowledge of industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in construction/mechanical design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Trace 700, Revit and SolidWorks.
• PE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for construction projects.
• Create 3D models and drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate systems.
• Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of systems.
• Provide guidance on HVAC and plumbing aspects; stay updated on trends.
