Job Description:

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who thrives on helping clients and has a technical background. They will be involved in all phases of the project.

Desired Experience:

• 3-7+ years of experience
• EIT or PE Certificate
• Healthcare and Higher Education project experience
• Experience with Revit/AutoCAD
• Experience in MEP Design

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects involving the design of HVAC, plumbing, and ventilation systems for bidding and construction.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated responses.
• Attend meetings with owners, clients, or architects as needed.
• Provide guidance on energy-efficient designs to staff engineers.
• Review contractor submittals to ensure conformance with contract documents.
• Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with other engineers and personnel to resolve system issues and provide technical information.
• Research and analyze customer design proposals, manuals, and data to evaluate feasibility, cost, and maintenance.
• Specify system components or modify products to meet design and performance specifications.
• Design and evaluate mechanical products, equipment, and systems to meet project requirements.
• Provide feedback to design engineers on customer needs and problems.
