Job Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer in MEP Consulting Engineering to design energy-efficient building systems. The role involves working on national projects that are diverse and unique. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, client-focused, and involved in all project phases.

Desired Experience

• 2-6+ years of experience
• EIT or PE certification
• Proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD
• Experience in MEP Design

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and design heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems for bidding and construction.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and respond to computer-generated data.
• Attend meetings with owners, clients, or architects.
• Guide staff engineers on energy-efficient design implementations.
• Review contractor submittals for conformance.
• Apply standard engineering techniques to assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers and personnel to resolve system issues.
• Research customer proposals, manuals, and data to evaluate feasibility and costs.
• Specify system components and modify products to meet specifications.
• Design and evaluate mechanical products, equipment, and systems.
• Provide feedback to design engineers regarding customer needs.
