Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 3-7+ years of experience in MEP Consulting Engineering to join our team. The role involves designing energy-efficient building systems for diverse clients and projects, including national initiatives that are unique and challenging.

Ideal Candidate

• 3-7+ years of experience
• EIT or PE Certification
• Project Management experience
• Experience with healthcare and higher education projects
• Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD
• Strong background in MEP Design

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, design heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Attend meetings with clients and architects
• Guide staff on energy-efficient design implementations
• Review contractor submittals for compliance
• Apply engineering techniques and evaluate system designs
• Collaborate with engineers and personnel to resolve issues
• Research and evaluate customer proposals and specifications
• Specify system components and modify products as needed
• Design and evaluate mechanical products and systems
• Provide feedback to design engineers
