The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, significant industry experience, and strong CAD skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in aerospace, marine, civil structures, or heavy engineering.
• Prior work on superconducting magnet and vacuum vessel design.
• Conversational understanding of fluid dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze mechanical structures for the CS magnet.
• Integrate with existing CFS methodologies for analysis.
• Support production and develop test plans.
