Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of design and production experience on varied projects.
• Public-sector experience preferred.
• Strong design and technical skills within A/E projects.
• Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
• Experience working with in-house design teams and construction managers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects from conceptual design through construction closeout under supervision.
• Design building engineering systems including HVAC, heating plant, piping and plumbing.
• Produce construction documents and technical specs for public bidding; meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with project architects, engineers, designers and external consultants.
• Ensure quality control, stay within budgets and time constraints.
