Job summary

EMCOR Government Services, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to provide operations and maintenance support for the National Archives Buildings in Washington, DC and College Park, Maryland. This position requires organizational, supervisory, and communication skills alongside knowledge of mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facility management with 24/7 operations.
• Knowledge of local codes and ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, ANSI, ASME standards.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Analyze specifications and make recommendations for mechanical systems.
• Project manage IDIQ work and perform quality assurance checks.
