Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking a driven engineer to conduct lab testing of electric drive components and assist in failure analysis. The role involves hands-on inspections, performance and durability testing, and root-cause investigations of motor and generator systems.

Qualifications include 1–2 years of experience (masters considered), and a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

• Conduct detailed inspections and root cause investigation into motor and generator failures. Inspections involve hands-on work, consisting of electrical checks, visual inspections, x-ray review, material and fluid analysis

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Years of experience: 1-2 years experience, can accept masters, associate degree 4-5 years
• Degree requirement: BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Electrical testing experience, product development experience, failure analysis
