Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking an early‑career engineer to support component design projects. You will handle print work details, CAD design tasks, and collaborate with external suppliers during APQP processes to ensure robust product development.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 0–4 years of experience, and the ability to work with gas/diesel engine concepts. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

• Print work, component modeling, APQP, TFC, tolerance stack-up, deviation investigation, parts inspection, etc.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executing key project tasks to support the component design engineer
• Key point of contact for print work (detailing & releasing) and CAD design work
• Supporting new component design with APQP collaboration work with external suppliers
• Helping to ensure customer success by correcting product problems

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Years of experience: 0-4 years
• Degree requirement: Engineering or Engineering Technology; Bachelor’s required; Master’s considered

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Basic understanding of gas and/or diesel engine operation
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Creo / Teamcenter knowledge

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Strong data analysis skills
• Strong communication skills (ability to work with a global team)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well independently / collaborative member of a cross functional team
• Large gas and/or diesel troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of engine product configuration
• Proficiency working with computers and computer systems. Software programs used frequently include, but not limited to: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Creo, Team Center
