JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

• Provide daily technical support of production including troubleshooting, root cause identification, corrective action implementation and documentation follow up of Assembly area -or- In Process Validation (IPV) areas with automated testing, fluid fill, and AC charging equipment
• Support enhancements and improvements to process, tooling and equipment

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides technical support for Assembly issues related to process and tooling or equipment
• Documents, Implements and improves standard work
• Balances workload across production bays to enable meeting production target
• Collaborates with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Safety and Engineering on solutions

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Years of experience: 0-2 years
• Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in engineering required

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Mechanical engineering fundamentals with ability to read drawings, technical documentation, and equipment specifications.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
• Strong analytical, problem solving, written communication, and cross functional collaboration skills.
