Cintal, Inc. is seeking an entry- to mid-level engineer in Lafayette, IN to support NPI efforts. The role involves engine modeling, parts ordering, and BOM management with a 80% office / 20% shop floor split.

A BA in engineering or technical field is required, with 1-2+ years of experience; relocation and visa sponsorship are available. Candidate will work under the NPI engineering leads and contribute to timely product introductions while maintaining cost and quality targets and leveraging
