Who You Are
- You have at least3+yearsof experiencein HVAC system design,analysisand engineering
- You have a B.S.in MechanicalEngineering
- Having your FE isrequired.Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 1-2 years is preferred
- You havestrong understandingof ASHRAE standards, IMC, IECC, and relevant mechanical codes
- You haveexperience preparingHVAC load calculations, system sizing, and equipmentselection
- You haveabilityto read and develop mechanical drawings,specifications, and construction documents, and have experience with air distributionand hydronic piping design, and familiar with mechanical equipment(airhandlers, chillers, boilers, pumps,cooling towers, etc.)
- You haveexperience working witharchitects, structural engineers, and other disciplines
- You are skilledin MS Office
- Proficiencywith HVAC design softwaresuch as RevitandAutoCAD isa must
- You have ability to managemultiple projects and meet deadlines
- You havestrongcommunicationskillsand technical writing skills
What You’ll Do
- You willdevelop HVAC systemdesignandcalculations?various buildingsusing approved software
- You willselectmechanical equipment and generateschedules
- You will prepareHVACdrawings, including relevant detail sheets and schedules under supervision
- You willassistwith field surveys?of HVAC equipment and systems
- You willbe responsibleforProject CAD Coordination
- You willmaintainproject documentation,?including calculations, project filing,etc

Starting salary is between $85,000 – $100,000 based on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants based on relevant years of experience.
