As a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, the Mechanical Engineer – Process will support daily manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead high‑impact engineering projects. This position requires strong mechanical engineering expertise, collaborative problem‑solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical capability with strong project management skills and enjoys working cross‑functionally to solve complex manufacturing and process challenges.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with sophisticated automated manufacturing processes while solving challenging mechanical and process engineering problems. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, operations, and external partners while taking ownership of projects that directly impact manufacturing performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
