Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our Baltimore, MD team on-site. You will support product testing, quality control, and engineering operations across manufacturing environments. The role requires interpreting drawings, selecting materials, and applying manufacturing processes with attention to detail.

A Bachelor's degree and several years of experience are preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and collaboration with quality control, operations, and suppliers will help

Job Details

• Several years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience operating mechanical testing equipment and performing product inspections.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, including reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of mechanical components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Perform product testing to ensure quality and compliance with engineering specifications.
• Review engineering drawings, dimensions, and material specifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify solutions to product-related problems.
• Work closely with quality control, operations, and suppliers to resolve technical concerns.
• Maintain accurate testing records, inspection reports, and engineering documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
