The Mechanical/Electrical Estimator reviews incoming inquiries, evaluates technical issues, prepares cost estimates for projects, submits proposals, and negotiates terms with clients. The role requires knowledge of construction methods, costs, and engineering principles. The Estimator will estimate costs for self-perform work and indirect project costs, work efficiently under deadlines, and collaborate as part of a team.
