Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCarbon Zero Buildings is seeking a dynamic engineer to assist in the management and creation of construction plansets for the installation of building electrification technologies (primarily heat pump water heaters, pumps and HVAC) large existing multifamily housing complexes in California.

Requirements
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of MEP building systems and construction processes.
Lift up to 40 pounds
Travel throughout California to visit properties
Home office within 90 min drive of SF Bay Area or Sacramento
Minimum Bachelors Degree in construction, engineering, or related field
