Celestica's Engineering Graduate Development Program (EGDP) offers a 36‑month, three-rotation track across Electrical and Mechanical engineering disciplines, plus Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (graduating Spring 2027).
• Minimum 3.3 GPA on a 4.0 scale (B+) with transcript to be provided.
• Interest in an engineering role with a path to leadership.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and design tools specific to the discipline (e.g., Altium, SolidWorks).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Ability to be proactive, take initiative, drive change, and provide solutions.
• Strong team player with impeccable work ethic.
• Previous engineering internships and/or co-ops are required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotations across core engineering disciplines and support functions (Manufacturing, Quality, Product Assurance, Organizational Excellence).
• Work under mentorship of senior engineers and participate in professional development programs and networking events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop hardware architectures, designs, and product realization.
