Job summary

SNA is seeking a Mechanical Designer in Dallas, TX to develop and coordinate BIM models for MEP building systems and translate design concepts into construction documents. The role collaborates with mechanical engineers and project managers to ensure accurate BIM representations and seamless documentation.

Qualified candidates will have 3–7 years of Revit MEP experience, strong MEP coordination skills, and proficiency in producing HVAC and plumbing construction documents.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Revit MEP experience in the AEC industry.
• Experience producing construction documents for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
