Quanta Power Solutions is seeking an entry-level Mechanical Designer I to support development of mechanical layouts, drawings, and construction documentation for power, renewables, BESS, data centers, substations, and industrial facilities.

Under supervision, you will gain experience drafting, 3D modeling, and coordination with engineers across disciplines, contributing to project execution from concept through construction.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Design, or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in mechanical drafting or design.
• Internship or co-op experience in EPC, industrial, power generation, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide mechanical design and drafting support for power generation, renewable energy, BESS, data centers, and industrial infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and revise equipment layouts and general arrangement drawings.
• Create piping layouts, routing drawings, and mechanical details.
• Develop isometric drawings and construction/installation drawings.
• Develop mechanical systems including piping, HVAC, cooling, and utility systems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and incorporate markups and revisions into drawings.
