Qualifications

• Proficient using software for HVAC calculations and plumbing system design.
• Client direct communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients for functional requirements and project specifications.
• Collaborate to produce preliminary concepts and drawings.
• Review shop drawings during construction administration.

Skills

Intermediate knowledge of Autodesk MEP Revit

Ability to design plumbing systems

Working knowledge of HVAC systems

Basic knowledge of Plumbing and Mechanical Building Codes

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
