Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design of HVAC and plumbing systems for building projects.
• Create and modify 3D drawings to reflect design intent and spatial relationships.
• Develop and refine mechanical specifications for components and systems.
• Participate in project meetings and conduct site visits to address design queries.
• Support construction administration including submittals review and issue resolution.
• Assist in project estimating through input on materials and labor resources.
• Continuously optimize design processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
