Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineering License - Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM tools.
Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing design principles and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design of HVAC and plumbing systems for building projects.
Create and modify 3D drawings to reflect design intent and spatial relationships.
Develop and refine mechanical specifications for components and systems.
Participate in project meetings and conduct site visits to address design queries.
Support construction administration including submittals review and issue resolution.
Assist in project estimating through input on materials and labor resources.
Continuously optimize design processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
