This role involves managing projects from conception to final design, requiring minimal senior input. The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually, and it is essential that applicants are authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain.
• Experience with HVAC and Plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Create quality construction documents with Architects and Engineers.
• Consult with clients on system designs.
• Conduct site assessments for HVAC and plumbing systems.
