Job summary

LVI Associates in Denver is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Project Manager to lead HVAC and building systems projects from concept through construction. You will work with clients, architects, and internal teams, guiding project delivery and ensuring quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in mechanical consulting, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of codes and energy standards. PE license preferred; hybrid work setup supports flexible collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in mechanical consulting engineering or building systems design.
  • Strong HVAC design experience across commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, municipal, or similar project types.
  • Demonstrated project management and client-facing experience.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong understanding of applicable mechanical codes, energy standards, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
