Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Architectural Engineering with mechanical emphasis)
• Knowledge of REVIT MEP is preferred
• Experience with load, system sizing, and energy modeling is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and specify mechanical requirements per project
• Coordinate designs with Mechanical Designers
• Perform Revit modeling and detailing
• Support site investigations and observations
• Prepare narratives, calculations, and specs
• Participate in cross-discipline coordination
• Attend meetings and assist with construction admin/BD activities
