Job summary

United Stars Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to take concepts from initial design through production‑ready documentation in Beloit, Wisconsin.

You will develop innovative mechanical systems, create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings, and work closely with manufacturing and project teams to deliver high‑quality products. This hands‑on role requires strong design for manufacturability, reliability and cost, the ability to troubleshoot during fabrication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing complete mechanical systems from concept through production.
• Experience producing production-quality manufacturing drawings.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes including machining, welding, and assembly.
• Ability to independently solve complex mechanical design problems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical designs from concept through production release.
• Create complete 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs.
• Design servo-driven mechanical systems with rotating/multi-axis motion.
• Design weldments, machined components, sheet metal parts, and assemblies.
• Select bearings, shafts, fasteners, gears, actuators and other components.
• Coordinate designs with manufacturing for efficient fabrication and assembly.
• Produce detailed drawings with dims, tolerances, and assembly notes.
• Support design reviews and address fabrication issues.
• Travel to customer locations and installation sites as required.
